Bircher Musli with Alphonso Mango

  • 3/4 cup classic bircher musli (you can also use rolled oats)
  • 100 ml plain yogurt
  • 50 mll milk
  • 20 ml full cream
  • 1/2 apple grated
  • 1 tbsp pistachios crushed
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 alphonso mango


  1. Soak musli with water for half an hour (enough water to cover musli but no excess water floating on top).
  2. Add yogurt, milk, full cream, grated apple, sugar and pistachios. Stir everything well.
  3. Remove the skin of alphonso mango and chop into small pieces.
  4. Tranfser musli to a serving bowl, top with mango and a few seeds of pistachios.
