Chop green onion and paneer in a chopper. keep aside.
Put oil in a pan, add cumin and ginger-chili. Cook for around 30 seconds.
Add paneer and green onion with garam masala, chaat masala and salt.
Cook for around 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool
For Sandwiches
Take a slice of bread, put the paneer filling on it and cover with another bread. Grill this into a nonstick automatic Grill machine until desired consistency.
Once ready, remove it from the grill, spread butter on top and serve.
