Paneer Grill Sandwich

Serves: 2 persons


  • 1 green onion
  • 300g paneer
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cm. ginger-crushed
  • 1/2 green chili -finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • salt per taste
  • 8 slices brown toast bread
  • butter


  1. For Filling:
  2. Chop green onion and paneer in a chopper. keep aside.
  3. Put oil in a pan, add cumin and ginger-chili. Cook for around 30 seconds.
  4. Add paneer and green onion with garam masala, chaat masala and salt.
  5. Cook for around 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool
  6. For Sandwiches
  7. Take a slice of bread, put the paneer filling on it and cover with another bread. Grill this into a nonstick automatic Grill machine until desired consistency.
  8. Once ready, remove it from the grill, spread butter on top and serve.
