Tuna Sandwich

My Recipe

  • 1 big Turkish fladenbrot
  • Butter
  • 1 bottle of tuna in Oil (Serrats from Coop)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • readymade mayonnaise
  • black pepper


  1. Cut fladenbrot in the middle and spread butter on it.
  2. Remove oil from tuna, spread it over fladenbrot.
  3. Put onions followed by mayonnaise and tomato slices. Sprinkle some black pepper on top.
  4. Cover it with other half of the fladenbrot and cut it into pieces.
  5. Wrap a clingfilm on each slice very tightly and leave for half an hour.
  6. Serve it cold or room ramperature.
