Mix flour and salt. Slowly add water and start kneading as shown in the picture below.
Once it is binded together, add little oil so that it is workable.
Heat a flat pan on the stove.
Make a lemon size ball from dough and very slowly roll to a flat bread (u can only roll the pin 2 or 3 times).
Put chapati on the heated flat pan. Turn on both sides and cook.
Serve with a sabzi/dips.
Notes
Buckwheat flour gets very sticky but still is workable. The consistency of dough is a bit loose at the end but you can still make chapati out of it. It is very healthy and a good substitute for wheat.
