1 cup fresh grated frozen coconut (available at Indian shop)
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and once it splutters, add green beans. Coat it well with mustard seed oil. Add turmeric powder, chili powder and garam masala. reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer it for 15 min.
Add tomato and salt and stir well. let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Add fresh coconut and stir well. Cook for another 2 min. and then remove from the heat.
Transfer to the serving bowl. At best served with Chapati/ rice
